Same here! I’m gonna publish this in case it can help others. 

I noticed that http://offliberty.com/ (which I usually only use for soundcloud) works for most VEVO vids I’ve tried. Unfortunately it doesn’t let you choose the resolution or format the way Freekmake and Keepvid did, but it gives you the most HQ mp4 available, so that works for me. Hope this helps!
