
I made really quick and easy dinner tonight:
- Grilled Chicken and green beans with roasted yellow squash and mushrooms, tossed in sundried tomato pesto and feta
- Served with a side of orzo (rice shaped) pasta, very simple with butter and parmesan. Wanna let the chicken and veg be the star of the show.
- Italian salad with black olives, tomato, peperoncini, and mozzarella, with roasted red pepper vinaigrette
- Wheat rolls, brushed with olive oil, garlic, and parmesan, and baked
