Let me say this, though, if this were a little Black girl… everyone would be like “um, well of course duh” and not all endlessly blown away like she’s some one of a kind golden miracle child.

Not true at all. a 13 year old girl that has that same amount of control, tone, sustain vs vibrato, a richness in her voice… and plus her stage presence, confidence, and the razor sharp look in her eyes when she sings… is amazing regardless of race. It’s amazing. And it would be just as amazing and praiseworthy if a black girl sang it. It’s more of an age thing but y’all can keep making everything about race.
